deCarta´s Technical Support staff is available to provide assistance to developers in understanding and getting the best use from deCarta´s software and data tools. deCarta takes great pride in the depth of support we provide, which consistently receives high praise from our customers as being in a completely different league from what they´ve come to expect from most software suppliers.

deCarta´s Technical Support staff have deep technical and implementation knowledge and work tightly with our development team, not only as needed for answering customer questions but as an integral part of the ongoing development of deCarta´s products. As a result, our support staff handles issues ranging from the nuances of particular function parameters to overall architectural design for client applications and systems.

Licensees of deCarta´s tools who have attended deCarta software training have access to deCarta technical support. Your Support contract also entitles you to software maintenance releases and patches as available.

Even if you´re not a licensee of deCarta software, information and assistance is still available to you.

All registered users of the free deCarta devZone (featuring hosted access to the Drill Down Server´s Web Services and JavaScript API) have access to support information through the online devZone community. This consists of the Discussion Forum section of the devZone, which contains many useful topics of information along with all questions asked and answered previously by other devZone users. In addition to our customer community deCarta´s own staff also monitors the devZone Discussion Forum for new postings, ensuring that any question you post yourself will receive attention if you don´t find what you need in an existing bulletin or discussion thread.
